Air conditioning issues plagued my stay, with other guests also noting failures in the system leading to uncomfortable temperatures. Parking was a headache, as the garage is narrow and not suitable for larger vehicles, frustrating when trying to access the hotel. Noise from nearby events disrupted sleep, especially on nights when parties lingered into the early hours.

It has ideal location to see Calle del Castillo. 20 minutes drive to the airport, it is located right in the center. The employees are all very helpful.

Good overall experience. Fabulous, clean hotel with stunning views. Savoury and tasty breakfast with a great selection of hot/cold dishes. Very comfy beds, a safe, a minibar and an iron in the room. Location very close to the centre of town, the seafront and the Plaza de Espana. Fab food and very good service.

The rooftop bar was a perfect chill spot with fine views. Clean room and comfy bed made my stay enjoyable, though the late-night parties were a bit disruptive. A great choice for nightlife lovers!

Great location! Everything's super close, so no need for transport. The rooftop bar was awesome for chilling out with drinks after a long day! Only downside was the parking situation-definitely tricky for bigger cars. Breakfast had a solid range, so you'll find something you like.

The breakfast buffet was a good start to each day, with options that were not rushed. Reception staff were genuinely friendly and helpful. My family and I enjoyed the comfort of our room, where we found it quietly relaxing, even in the bustling downtown area. The city view from our room enhanced our stay.

Had a fantastic stay with a beautiful rooftop pool area to chill and a lovely breakfast spread! Although parking was a bit tricky, I would choose this place again.
